Student Activities
Our Academic years have been rough over the past few years, however, with all the ups and downs, we found various ways to keep the school spirit alive. With the Lord's help, we were able to do
many different activities throughout the year, starting with our senior class trip to Punta Cana,
Santo Domingo for some fun in the sun. Our seniors ventured to the Punta Cana Area for some
cave exploration before experiencing the thrill of a dune buggy ride. They also learned how to
make fresh coconut oil from locally grown coconuts. It was an amazing experience for our
seniors, especially for those who were apart from their parents for the first time.
While our seniors were enjoying themselves in Santo Domingo, our students were having some
fun on campus here at MSCA. Our younger students, from day care to elementary school age,
searched the school grounds for hidden plastic eggs as they took part in our annual Easter egg
hunt.
Spirit Week was a tremendous success! Each day of the week had a different theme teachers
and students could participate in. No uniform was needed on PAJAMA DAY, everyone came to
school in their comfy PJs! On ANYTHING BUT A BAG OR BACKPACK DAY, students had to
find another way to carry their textbooks and school supplies around for the day and for
CAREER DAY students dressed to impress. It was amazing to see the level of creativity our
students and staff showed to make this week so successful.
We are so proud of the determination and perseverance our students have shown this year. Our
preschool and kindergarten students will celebrate their promotion with a graduation ceremony
on May 26. Then on May 28th we acknowledge all the hard work our seniors did through the
years with our high school graduation. Congratulations Class of 2022!
We are grateful for all the Lord has done for us and pray we will continue to walk in His blessing
as we look toward a new school year. God Bless~
